FANTASY NEWS:
With about 2 months till the first preseason game, and 3 months till the season, I have scheduled our Fantasy Football draft.
We’re doing it “Slow draft” style to accommodate different timezones. Which means this will not happen in a single day.
Everyone will have 10 hours to pick when it is their turn.
Turn on alerts for the ESPN Fantasy app so that you know it is your turn. I will not send text messages like I bothered everyone with last year.
The Draft begins Tuesday, June 9th, at 8am ET. It will go for as many days, weeks, or months as it must.
If you don’t pick someone when it’s your turn, the system will select someone for you.
Select your 2 keepers from last season before June 9th. You have been warned.
Fantasy Football is still free to play.

PICK 'EM NEWS:
While putting together the Fantasy trophy, I also took the opportunity to UPGRADE the Pick 'Em Trophy.
Same great top, but with a beautiful new base.
See it as well on the TROPHIES page.
Our 2025 Pick 'Em winner Kelly finally has an acceptance speech.
View it on the Pick 'Em acceptance speech page.
If you were in the Pick 'Em league last year, you will automatically be in it in 2026. Send me a message if you want to opt out. Also send me a message if you know anyone who might like to join.
You may begin submitting your entry fee to me now.
$50 buy-in for Pick 'Em once again this year. I, Joe, accept payment via Apple Pay, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, or even cash if you want to do it that way.
Full payment is due before Week 1 of the regular season begins (Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 8pm ET).
Late payments will only be accepted with a 10 dollar penalty added per week the payment is late. The start of a "week" is always determined by the start time of the first game of that week. If you submit after the first game of the week begins, you are late and owe the penalty. Penalty funds go to the pot.
Payouts will be determined by the size of the pot and the number of players playing.
Generally speaking, the top 3 will get the majority of the pot, but additional players beyond 3rd place may receive all or a portion of their money back. Historically, your best bet is to finish in the top 2/3 of the league.
